“Rob Anderson was engaged by Revlon Australasia to train our Australian and New Zealand sales and account management team members on how to use two internationally-renowned sales processes. The feedback from participants was very positive and they quickly understood the potential benefits that these processes could bring to our business. Understanding that sales behaviour doesn’t change overnight, during the subsequent two years Rob stayed close to me and our internal Process Champion tracking implementation progress to ensure that the processes were adopted successfully and applied skilfully by our teams. Behaviour changes were observed with many of our sales people eg. improvements in pre call planning, clearly defined and measurable sales goals set, communication with key decision makers and sales performance improvements occurred with our accounts.
