Rolene Liebenberg

Background:

Rolene has over 20 years experience as a Training and Organisational Development professional. She is experienced in providing training to a range of organisations and has designed, facilitated and assessed training to employees on various levels in Workplace Assessment, Trainer Training and Presentation Skills.

Her experience in Training and Development includes full-time positions in financial institutions and public entities in South Africa (1980-1988) and consulting projects across a broad spectrum of companies in Australia (1988 – current).

Rolene’s passion is Learning and Communication. Her experience in analysing training needs, designing programs, tailoring and delivering training events to meet specific business objectives, as well as reviewing training events, makes her contribution to any Learning and Development project very valuable.

She has experience in establishing competency development needs, designing and facilitating tailored as well as generic training programs and assessing competencies in Trainer Training (Certificate IV - Training and Assessment) and Presentation Skills (including Sales Presentations).

During 2006 Rolene was published in a series of training articles as commissioned by Esprit Magazine Australia Pty Ltd.
